Embracing our HEART
In an effort to streamline behavioral expectations organization-wide, our People Performance team rolled out a new behavior model, shifting expectations from the 10 Canvas Behaviors to the HEART model. Serving as the instructional designer on the project, I was tasked with creating change management learning that defined the new behaviors and explained how the old behaviors fit into the new model. The result was all employees were easily onboarded to the new behavior model with a clear understanding of what each behavior meant. Check out the training here.

Anatomy of Diversity
Tackling the meaty topic of DEI, I partnered with ponderpickle consulting to devise this approach, which offers learners a chance to look inward first and identify what life events, beliefs, and characteristics make them unique. This self reflection is intended to breed empathy and space for others' uniqueness.
